Dresser, Wis. – June 26, 2018 – Tenere Inc. (Tenere), a full-service provider of integrated metal and plastic components and assemblies for Fortune 500 companies, has named Michael Fuller as Chief Financial Officer. Fuller joins Tenere with over 20 years of operations and financial experience. He was previously a Principal and CFO with The Watermill Group, the private equity owners of Tenere, and had been acting as interim CFO for Tenere since November 2017, providing strategic guidance and support while taking on overall responsibility for Tenere’s finance department.
“Over the past few months, I’ve really enjoyed working directly with the Tenere team,” said Fuller. “I have been involved with Tenere since it joined The Watermill Group and have watched it grow into the company we see today. Tenere’s global reach expanded two years ago when the company launched a standalone facility in Mexico. Now we have the opportunity to deepen our reach and scale the company in support of our customers’ rapid growth.”
Fuller has served as COO, CFO, and CEO for various companies. Prior to The Watermill Group, he held leadership roles with Phoenix Management Services, York Manufacturing, and Fidelity Investments. Fuller has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley College and is an active member in the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
“Mike is an incredible addition to the Tenere executive team,” said Brian Steel, CEO. “As interim CFO, he has already provided great strategic guidance and support to the organization as we expand our operations and add capacity across North America. I know he will continue to add value in all aspects of our business as we close out a record Fiscal Year 2018 and move full speed ahead into Fiscal Year 2019.”
