Tenere Names John Uliano Vice President of Lean Manufacturing and Transformation

Tenere, a leading North American manufacturing partner for fortune 500 companies, has named John Uliano as Vice President of Lean Manufacturing and Transformation.

John Uliano joins Tenere with over 20 years of experience within the manufacturing field, bringing a wealth of knowledge and perspective that will guide his leadership. He has been serving with Tenere since February of 2022 as the interim plant manager for Tenere’s facility in Mexico leading with vision during the transition while improving processes and efficiencies across the board.

Every team member from our skilled workforce of fabricators to our senior leaders has not only welcomed me to the team but has been receptive and collaborative as we work to continuously improve efficiencies and processes,” said Uliano. “Tenere’s corporate culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement set them apart in the manufacturing field, and I’m looking forward to continuing to work alongside and empower this team in my new role with the company.”

Uliano has a long history of leadership within the lean manufacturing space, with a breadth of experience that touches nearly every function within a manufacturing operation. Most recently, his senior leadership experience includes global lean manager, directory of lean implementation, and operations director with HID Global. He has also served as Vice president at AdChem Manufacturing Technologies Inc, COO for the C&M Corporation, and sat as a board member for CONNSTEP Inc. Uliano has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University.
