Jeremy has done just about everything at Tenere. In 2003, he started as a temporary Assembly Operator. He was hired full-time as a Welding Operator and worked his way to Welding Set-Up. He then hesitantly moved to the Brake department where he excelled and climbed the ladder from Brake Operator to Lead. After a few years, he took on the job of Cost Estimator/Project Manager for NPI, a position fit for the man who understands every aspect of the sheet metal operation. He knows his career still has growth potential and he looks forward to what lies ahead.
"It took a lot to get where I am and I get satisfaction out of helping others in the company. I love watching Tenere grow."
Audrey's combined background in the arts and manufacturing industry make her a unique strength within Tenere. She started her career with Protogenic as an Intern while pursuing her MFA in Emerging Digital Practices with an emphasis in 3D modeling, animation and 3D printing. She was quickly promoted to Sales & Marketing Coordinator where she was able to apply her background in design and development. When Tenere purchased Protogenic in 2013, Audrey was promoted to the corporate Marketing Manager where she helped structure a marketing department for the company and increase its web presence. She is now Tenere's Senior Marketing Manager and in charge of the leading the company's marketing efforts.
Mirage is not one for sitting still. He started his career with Tenere in 2013 as a temporary employee in the Press department, and was hired as a full-time technical apprentice within a year. Looking to get more involved with the company, Mirage signed up to join the newly-formed Safety Committee and has steadily taken on more responsibility with the group. From receiving Safety Auditor certification to becoming a First Responder, Mirage sets a great example of Tenere's dedication to safety. He is now a Press Set-Up and is the co-chairman of the Safety Committee, and is currently taking advantage of Tenere's tuition reimbursement program by pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
Tiffany started working at Tenere's rapid prototyping division - Protogenic - as a receptionist in October 2014. After just 6 months, she was promoted to Sales & Marketing Associate, a position that more closely aligned with her career goals in marketing. After a year in the position, Tiffany transitioned to a corporate position with Tenere as the Marketing Coordinator, where she is now involved with social media management, newsletter development and various marketing duties. She attributes her growth within the company to attentive mentors who recognize her potential and encourage her to continue learning every day.
